How do I create an account?

Click the "Account" icon in the top right corner of our website and select "Register." Follow the prompts to create your account with your email and a secure password.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes! We offer guest checkout. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout without logging in.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view order status by logging into your account and checking "Order History."

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location, typically ranging from 5-12 business days.

How much is shipping?

 US. Standard shipping is free, Express shipping is $7.99, International  shipping prices may vary  

My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Contact us at officalharmony4hearts@gmail.com with your order number. We recommend checking with neighbors, your building management, or local post office first, as packages are sometimes delivered to nearby locations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

FINAL SALE:

  • Everything is FINAL SALE, no returns allowed. These are all custom made, our team puts in hard work and long hours into making these custom glasses. 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance with photo evidence of broken or incorrect item.
  • We will carefully asses the situation and if necessary we will refund the item to you with no additional charge.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at officalharmony4hearts@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number, reason for return, and the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). This may include a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.

Step 3: Package and Ship

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Ensure that the return authorization number is included in the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

How do I return an item?

Email us at officalharmony4hearts@gmail.com to initiate a return. We'll provide return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive your return, refunds typically process within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Contact us within 48 hours at officalharmony4hearts@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If eligible to exchange, you may choose an item for a different size or style, please indicate this when you contact us for a return authorization. We will assist you with the exchange process.

Return Shipping

Return Shipping Fees:

  • For returns due to defects or errors, the cost of return shipping is on us & we will pay for the return

Return Label:

  • If a prepaid return label is provided, follow the instructions included to ensure your return is processed correctly.

 Exchanges and Replacements

Availability:

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item. If the item you want is out of stock, we will assist you in selecting an alternative or processing a refund.
  • Processing Time:

    • Items will be processed once we receive the Payment. Please allow additional time for shipping and handling.
